My experience was cool when I first moved in. After I renewed my lease for year 2 and there was an increase in rent, I was highly upset. I’m not sure why the rent is increasing when nothing new is being added, multiple things are always breaking or broken, the service is terrible in my apartment, there are a lot of dead zones, the fire alarms go off around 1/2am, even when nothing is wrong disturbing my sleep! I am now paying what was paying for a 2br/2ba and I downsized to save money. If this continues, I’ll be forced to not renew for another year.

The gate fob routinely doesn’t work, my mail is constantly getting lost, it’s loud, stinks, garbage is a mess, so on. The only real upside is that it…? Is cheaper than my last apartment? I will not be staying.

Maintenance workers and staff are friendly, community is kept clean and tidy, and it's located in a good area. Some of the treadmills in the gym have been broken for months, but other than that when something breaks, it's taken care of in a pretty timely manner.

There's no control for people smoking weed or speeding in the parking garage. when i left the valet trash out the door I found cockroach manytimeshappened , neighbor they call police at 1 PM for my kids playing .

PDK App was down for multiple days due to an outage. Although we received an email it didn’t help that we couldn’t get in the building. Fobs should be given to all residents since PDK messes up so often.

Something is always broken in the complex, if it isn’t the elevators it’s the Amazon lockers, then it’s the doors, even the opening and exit gates! The hallways remain dirty and the parking on the first floor needs to be able to park every first floor resident! This community needs better upkeep all around.

I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment community over the past year. The common areas, such as the fitness center, pool, and lounge, are clean and inviting, and they add real value to the overall living experience. I really like living here. I am on year 2 here and I have very minimal complaints. Maintenance is very kind and timely, and the office is usually pretty good about answering the phones. I think my only complaints are things that can’t be controlled, like for example I can hear the ceiling fan motors of the person below me every night which I hated getting used to. And the people at the pool always blast loud music. Or the lawn maintenance could be better. Overall a great complex and I will renew my lease again most likely!

The apartment is spacious with lots of storage and free amenities. The staff has been professional, courteous and accommodating. I had an issue with gnats upon move in day and the staff sent an exterminator the same day. I do feel as if management should have offered me at least $50 off rent for the inconvenience. Overall I'm enjoying the apartment and have lots of space for my furniture and belongings.

The apartment itself was great; however, management charged us triple our rent for 2 weeks because we did not give a 2-month notice. We were previously in student housing, where that was not the system, but the management is insisting that 2 medical students pay $3500 for a month of rent.

Please do not live here. I’ve lived for 10 months and have only had things to say about this community. Security systems don’t function, false fire alarms every month at midnight, management never responds, maintenance requests unanswered for days, the list goes on. Apartment amenities are poor and old, not worth the rents they are charging

Too many break ins into vehicles. It would be great to have cameras in the facilities and hallways to see who defecates in the parking lot and who throws trash in the hallways. Also who activates the fire alarms (which has happened 3 times in a year). The front desk and maintenance staff are great, very helpful and respond to the request in a timely manner.

Over this is a good place to live but there are some stuff they could work on. The overflow of trash, pest issues in the garage, hallways and units. For this to be a gated community, the gates get broken a lot and for us to have to use the app or the key fob, a lot of the doors are broken and kept propped open which defeats the purpose of having the safety level.

I would definitely give the customer service & amenities 5 stars! My only concern is the lack of security cameras in the parking garage. This creates opportunities for theft. Many cars have been found with all 4 tires stolen & left on bricks. For the amount of rent charged, residents should not have this issue. I am, however, thankful for the recent improvements to lighting in the garage.

Broadstone is a nice complex but it does needs cosmetic attention. The hallways are not cleaned as often as they used to. We reported what looks like black mold in the hallway ceiling to maintenance and it’s still there..

Living at BROADSTONE Toscano has been awesome. The location’s perfect—close to the Medical Center and Hermann Park, so everything I need is nearby. Management is super responsive, handling any maintenance requests fast. The amenities are great too; I love the pool, gym, and community areas. My apartment is modern and spacious, with quality finishes. All in all, it’s a comfortable and convenient place to live.

So move-in was pretty smooth, did not love I do not have the same stove that sold me in the kitchen and signed my lease. Other than that the property is beautiful. Now I took away a star because I wasn't sold on the fact that the garage is not monitored or protected as someone tried to break into my car only 3 days after I moved in!!!! 0/10 do not recommend that amenity/perk I was locked out of my ignition for 30 minutes to have my car reset out of theft service deferrement mode.

Absolutely horrible. Y'all are cheap. Everyone pays a $20 monthly amenity fee and a $75 annual fee yet hurricane beryl hit on July 8th and there is still a downed pergola and pole as of September 27th.. and finally got the palm tree cleaned up last week. Your solution for the floating and broken tile on the first floor has been cones for the past 3 weeks. Y'all rob us all of thousands and thousands of dollars monthly yet don't do sh*t for us. Not to mention we started with 5 grills and are down to 2. The list goes on and on.

I have been 🤗 welcomed into my new apartment home with open arms after having a horrible experience living at Weston Medical Apartments.. Here at Toscana Broadstone feels safe to me and especially my daughter. She says mom let's stay for my last for years 3 years of Highschool. Parking is spacious and fare, the mailroom looks like a real post office, and the trash is always picked up on time. I don't hear any noise from anywhere accept for the noise I make when playing with our dog... The management team took their time to meet and greet us and get to know us each a little better before the moving day. Even when my leasing agent was out they all worked as a team to follow up on my application to make the process was easy as possible and being a single parent that is very important in a quality staff that's a team player .

Community and infrastructure is pretty. Safety is a concern as it is frequent to have car break ins and the parking is dirty, seen occasionally with human feces and used tampons. Maintenance staff is amazing, very nice and kind guys.

It’s gotten really ugly over the past year The type of people that move in are not clean or friendly. Parking lot people leave trash even in the hall ways. Car getting broke in , and dents in the doors. Some maintenance people don’t care about their job and leave the issues and some are great and fix the problem. Some people ruin it for others. I loved it 2years ago but now it’s not all that great I do love the pool by the lobby but it doesn’t get cleaned as often as it should being the most used pool. The gym I love. The vending machine got ridiculously expensive I get it inflation or high sales but makes me not want to buy anything anymore. The staff is great and always friendly. I have had an amazing experience with them all. They do go above and beyond getting answers and helping with my needs. I also wish more people would be mindful of where they live and make a good experience for the others. For the price here it’s not really all that great if I’m being honest.

The parts I like are (a) the location; (b) the maintenance; and (c) the friendly management. My least favorite thing is the crappy carpet. The cabinets are also less that ideal. And the water pressure on the fourth floor could be better, especially in the shower. Also, the security systems could be better, with video monitoring throughout the garage and the common areas, including the hallways.

Everything was fine except for a few things like cleaning the house which was supposed to be cleaned before arrival or after the stay which was not done and when we came to visit there was a creature like a cockroach in the bathroom. which was announced but it was still there when we entered the house. Living here is nice, I love the amenities and the walking trails along the bayou. However in the 5 months I’ve lived here, someone attempted to break into my home, I’ve had packages stolen off my front door, and the coffee machine always feels like it’s broken/not working correctly. Great apartment otherwise.

Great place to live, located conveniently near the Texas Medical center offering its own hourly shuttle service. Good amenities and plenty of parking. Recently had quite a few incidents of elevators trapping people, not working or having strange smells. If elevator issues are addressed quickly then this would be a 5 out of 5.

Apartments are located close to supermarket and bus stops and offers a private shuttle service to the TMC. Comes with a bunch of useful amenities like gym, pool and common area. They also have valet trash service and fetch which you cannot opt out off considering Fetch's general reputation. Apartments are nice, fairly sound proof which good fixtures. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful so any issues get resolved fairly quickly.

The Pdk system is a headache. I wish the Key fobs were complementary when you sign a lease here like I’ve experienced at other apartments. The pool view wasn’t the best due to how loud it is in the summer months. Overall experience 3 stars.

The wireless version of pdk has been down for a very long time. I was locked in the pool area because the scanner wouldn’t open the door. The electricity goes out often. The hallways are very dirty and smell like dog. Food deliveries can never find my apartment because there are no signs on the walls. Mail gets stolen out of mailboxes all the time because someone made a copy of the master key and no one has changed the locks. The only good thing here is the maintenance men. They respond quickly and are very helpful.

At least the worst is over. Things are started to get back to normal. Maintenance is done within a reasonable wait time although the communication is still very hard. PDK entrance is still a big mess. It is just broken all the time and the main door is hanging up there. I feel like it is safer without it.

Yeni was super nice from the time we inquired about potentially leasing here to helping us with all of the paperwork. The entire staff made us feel very welcome and always answered our questions in a timely manner. The coffee machine in the leasing office is a nice touch. Pools are beautiful and gym is well air conditioned. The one downside is that there are roaches (10+ present when we first moved in) but the exterminators did come when requested. Maintenance staff always comes promptly and it is fun to converse with them in Spanish. Great experience, thank you!

The head maintenance guy is awesome. He is very nice and so helpful. This property is lucky to have him. The hallways are dirty. Someone needs to be cleaning those daily. The hallways need apartment number directional signage. Food delivery to my door is impossible. And friends can never find their way.

Living here has been satisfactory. I have not had any issues with noise. The only complaint I have is about the parking garage. The front gate is often broken due to the drivers living here, and those same drivers are going much too fast inside of the deck, causing unsafe turning conditions.

So far it’s a nice place to live. Front desk staff is helpful and friendly. The only thing that has been annoying is the lack of directional signs in the corridors. It’s nearly impossible for deliveries to find your door. You always need to go to the front to get them or spend forever on the phone giving directions and that defeats the whole purpose of having something delivered.

Great location! I have had interaction with some wonderful and responsive staff. They have shown courtesy to residents. The coffee station is better maintained than the past, good job!

I love this neighborhood, the surroundings and the fact that is pet friendly. I wish there was a pet park so that my little dog could run and play.

The apartment is great, any maintenance issues have been handled expeditiously and to my complete satisfaction. The leasing office staff are friendly, however I’m learning that questions or issues seem to be handled with lip-service only. If you receive a reply at all, it is usually “we’ll look into that and get back to you”. I have been trying to reserve a parking spot for which the garage wall placard was destroyed for almost 3 months; how long does it take to reproduce a placard and attach it to the wall? Also, my suggestion to have the hallway doors in the parking garage marked with numbers visible from a vehicle seems to have been completely ignored. Delivery services or guests inevitably drive in circles until you are compelled to walk to the garage since it is impossible to give accurate directions. The Fetch package concierge service works as advertised about 50% of the time at best. After 5 months, I am regretting my decision to reside at this property.
